Last Tuesday wasn’t like my normal Tuesday. Instead of a day working hard at school I was on the 7:56 train to London. I was off to London as I was going to be attending a follow up conference about an exciting project called Our Environment Our Future, which you can read more about by clicking here. The conference went very well and I thoroughly enjoyed myself as it was a great experience.
Along with this just before we got the train back home we had a few hours to have a look around some of the parks. I was amazed by how much wildlife is in the middle of such an urban area, it was fantastic! I was especially surprised by how close we could get to the herons in Regent’s Park. Here are some photos from the day.
These herons are certainly not shy. What an amazing experience for you.
